Massage is an integral part of the Wellness Approach at Tom Cheeseman Fitness. Scientific studies for the benefits of massage demonstrate that it's an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and in particular, muscle tension. 

 

 

 

Chloe Edwards - Massage Therapist

Having first qualified in Sports Massage in 2011, Chloe has been working within the field of massage recovery whilst completing a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Leeds and working towards an MSc in Sport Rehabilitation from St Mary's University, Twickenham.

 

Over the past 4 years Chloe has worked with wide a range of individuals including professional rugby players, student athletes across a range of sports and members of the public. Most recently she provided sports massage recovery for members of the New Zealand "All Blacks" Rugby Union team during their 2015 World Cup campaign.

 

Chloe has a clear understanding of the demands placed on the body during physical activity. This, alongside her experience, in both a clinical and academic setting, will help relieve those nasty aches and pains to help you get the most out of your training sessions.
