Rhys Crane - Personal Trainer


Rhys is a Professional Rugby Player and has a Sports Science Degree from Cardiff University. Through his experience of elite sport, Rhys has a fantastic knowledge of Strength and Conditioning which he has transferred to the personal training industry and achieved fantastic results with his clients.


Being involved in a collision sport often means time on the sidelines with injuries. The experience of rehabilitating himself has deepened his understanding of the human body and what is needed to stay strong, fit and healthy.
